Our prices and terms for the current season
Our prices are per person per day with a minimum stay of 4 nights plus €2.50 tourist tax per person (14 years and older) per day, payable on-site. For stays of 3 nights or less, we charge an additional 10%. Single room surcharge: €3/day. Surcharge for a double room as a single room: €40/day. For stays of 3 weeks or longer, you get a 5% discount (not combinable with other offers). Loyalty discount: 2% after your third stay as a thank-you!
Children are warmly welcome and stay free of charge up to 0-3 years. 4-10 years: 30% discount in the parents' room
11-15 years: 10% discount in the parents' room. If your children sleep in an extra bed, there is an additional 10% discount. For a baby cot, we charge €10 per day.
There is no right of withdrawal as per the Consumer Protection Code; however, we offer the following cancellation conditions Up to 31 days before arrival: free cancellation
30-15 days before arrival: 40% of the total booked amount
14-8 days before arrival: 60% of the total booked amount
7 days before arrival: 70% of the total booked amount In case of early departure, late arrival, or no-show: 70% of the total booked amount for the reserved but unused days.
We recommend taking out cancellation insurance. The HGV cancellation protection covers you in case of non-arrival, early departure, or late arrival. You can easily purchase the insurance onlinehere .
In Italy, cash payments are allowed only up to a total amount of €4,999.00. We also accept credit cards, EC cards, or bank transfers.
